Based on what you are asking I think Naples would fit you perfectly. Although there are plenty of places to enjoy the night life, this is not party town. Places such as the Mercato draw in enjoyable night life with lots of people in your age, music, food and drinks.

Mercato also has a lot of good shops including a book store and World Foods. We also have a Trader Joes just north of Mercato. Downtown 5th Street is another great area for shops , good food and music.

As far as enjoying the weather, it's hard to beat Naples anywhere and our beaches are wonderful.

You need to speak with an attorney for an answer to this question. You would probably need to bring the documentation with you so you can get the best advice.

Not sure what you mean by "new" homes, but assume you did not just mean new construction. The US government has a number of programs to help people buy a home. Some of these are listed below:

1. VA Program for active and retired members of the U.S. Armed Forces
2. USDA Rural Development Loan Programs which include the Guaranteed Housing Loans and Direct Housing Loans.
3. FNMA's First Look program so that end users have a chance to buy REO properties before investors.

If you'd like more information about these programs, please feel free to contact me directly.

Alan May answered:
Without knowing the details involved I'm going to say "sure you can sue anyone you want... but will you win?"

Did you sign the contract of your own free will?
Did you insist that your attorney be present, and yet sign it anyway?
If you didn't know what was in the contract, why on earth did you sign it?

Do you see a theme here... none of these things are your attorney's fault. Personally, if you decide to sue, I think a Judge would throw this out of court quickly, taking just a few moments to laugh heartily, first.

Keyless entry lock sets are excellent for convenience. Give a code to a pet sitter or service person then simply delete that code. Very practical and one can make certain no one is ever locked out.

I hope this is of some assistance.

Kind Regards, Kevin
