Don Tepper answered:
Read the listing or description. Or call the listing agent.

It's generally unusual for an annual rent to be listed. Usually, you'll see either a monthly rent or a seasonal rent. It's what (and in what amount) the owner expects to be paid.

Also, you often can figure it out if you have a sense of the area, or by looking at other somewhat similar rentals. Example: In 99% of the cases, a number of $900 or $1,200 is a monthly rent. In most cases--except for really, really exclusive areas or well-known high price areas, a figure of $4,000 or $5,000 is seasonal rent. (Sure, I can show you houses in McLean, Virginia, or properties in New York City that go for $5,000 a month. But you and I both know that those are very expensive areas.)

Hope that helps.

Condos in that price range are rare in that area for a 3 bedroom. If they come available, they rent quickly. Try calling Cathy Graves, she only does rentals and is very good at it. She can be reached at 404-0650. I wish you and your family the best. ... more

Normally, if it is a seasonal rental (not annual), yes, the prices are lower when it is not high season (Jan Feb. & March). Please contact me directly if I can be of assistance.

Keyless entry lock sets are excellent for convenience. Give a code to a pet sitter or service person then simply delete that code. Very practical and one can make certain no one is ever locked out.

I hope this is of some assistance.

Kind Regards, Kevin

Start with a good rental agent. Although I do not personally handle rentals, most of the larger companies have rental firms and should be able to help you.

We would like to guide you on a purchase and explain that in a tight market like we have today you will need to engage a Realtor to find a good deal. You will not find it hunting through listings on a 3rd party website like this one, as it is not the REAL MLS and terribly out-of-date. Please contact us direct for more help and to engage us in your search. We can be reached toll-free at 855.627.5376 or through our website at ... more

Michelle Spalding answered:
I think I know why you are asking this question, sometimes these terms are used to describe the same thing when in fact technically they are not the same. A bank owned home is one that as a result of a foreclosure process has ended up being owned by the lender because someone has fallen behind on their mortgage to the point where its been repossessed. A foreclosure is sometimes used to describe a bank owned property but in fact its the process by which it became owned by the bank to begin with. Hope this isnt too confusing and it helps answer the question.

Hi Lisa!

There are not many rentals on your price range with a private pool. I live in a development that has town homes with private pools that are around $1500 per month. The amenities are great as well, and tenants usually do not have to pay for dues! Gulf Coast is the high school in this area.

Please feel free to look at properties on my website or contact me for a complete listing of rentals.
