I love dogs too but I think your best possibilities is to rent a private house. If you are lucky in finding a place, most likely your HOA fees will be embedded in with your rent. Most places allows 2 dogs the most and they are restricted by breed and weight.

Perhaps another agent may know of a place. I be interested in learning where this may be.
