Hello Contessa1486:

Eagle Pointe is in Gateway which is a mixed use community of single family homes, townhouses, condos, schools, some shops and an amazing golf course. It is located close to SW Florida International Airport and I75 and the new Jet Blue Park where the Boston Red Sox spring training games are held.

Very nice community. I see there is 1 single family home on the market in Eagle Point at this time.

Sincerely,
Ann Divine

There aren't that many houses for sale in Lehigh, half the houses you see as available show up on sites like Trulia and Realtor.com as Active and available, when in actuality they are probably short sales that have multiple contracts on them. Under the status of Active Contingent Short Sale, these homes still show up as for sale to the consumer on these sites. If you'd really like to see what is available out there and what you can get in your price range, email me at HealThisLand@aol.com and tell me what you are looking for, or call or text me at 239-699-8233. I think you should list now. Prices have risen and buyers are extremely serious this year as they have watched our inventory go down and our prices go up. We also have lots of cash buyers right now as well.

Interview some more real estate agents to find the one you are most comfortable working with. I would be more than happy to run a cma and meet with you to discuss your real estate goals.
