there is currently no active, one pending and no sales in the last 6 months. the pending was a small unit for $19,000. Good thing is that not many are on the market or have sold recently showing that you have a stable complex. Unfortunately, condos are cash purchases for the most part because mortgage lenders are staying away from them. FHA is looking into possibly starting their approval process of complexes which will help the condo market get back on its feet. If you want to delve further, my suggestion is to find a good realtor that is willing to put the time and effort into selling your unit.

Twin Branch attends Deer Park Elementary, Farnell Middle and Alonso High. It's a fairly safe area and does not have the cookie cutter feel like Westchase or Eastlake Woodlands and other neighboring developments. You will see residents riding horses through the neighborhood. This is a higher end neighborhood that most of the villages within Westchase.

If you're referencing the "active" short sale on Clydesdale, I know this property well as I helped my client sell it for $625k in 2005. That was before the kitchen was updated.

You may be able to buy with a NACA mortgage. It�39;s unconventional financing so borrowers don't necessarily have to have a minimum 620 score.

Your Realtor can give you the details. Oh and also some credit unions are more flexible on funding mortgages, too.
