Florida is a HUMID place! The least amount of humidity is probably in Central and North Florida.

I suggest a single family home or townhouse- more comfy for animals.

Dear Rosa,

If you decide to move to Tampa, it's important to get a house with excellent schools. Your address will determine where your grandchildren will attend. We also have "magnet" schools but they are in high crime neighborhoods and may require a lengthy bus commute time.

Also there are some newer communities with very expensive Community Development District Taxes and high HOA fees that you need to be well informed of. Also some newer homes may have Toxic Chinese Drywall.

Hope this helps.

Hello Mark
Channelside is a great area and there are a number of deals occuring in that location.
Since I live in the downtown area I am a little partical to this location. There is a ton to do and walk to and the location is growing daily.

If you are interested in discussing some details feel free to contact me directly
