Hi Timalice,

Yes it is feasable. There are several housing developments in the Crystal Lake school district where you can purchase a home in your price range. I specialize in the Boynton Beach area selling single family homes and condos. I would be very happy to help you find your new home. The first thing you need to do is get prequalified for a mortgage unless you are paying cash. That way you will know how much house you can afford and when you find that perfect house, you will be able to make an offer right away. Please give me a call if I can be of further assistance to you.

Hi,
This is a country club community that requires that each owner purchase a membership equity interest in the club. The cost at Hunters Run is approximately $39,000. In addition there are monthly HOA fees for the unit that you purchase if $408 per month. This is what provides you with landscaping maintenance and a number of other services .

I hope this was helpful and if I can be of any additional help please give me a call or email me.

I can tell you that having experience in both markets, I cannot say that one is preferrable over the other. There is a demand for clean rentals in both places (both annual and seasonal renters). If you'd like to take a look at what is out there, just give me a call and let me know what your search criteria is (price, location, size, etc...). I'll create a comprehensive search for you that will reveal all the properties which match your criteria. Then if you like one, we'll make an appointment to see it in person.

Until then, have a wonderful day!

marc jablon answered:
The HOA fees for this Boynton Beach condo in Hunters Run Country Club do not include the mandatory membership fees. Membership equity and annual country club dues are separate charges, but they are mandatory if you wish to live in this country club community.

If you're searching for Boynton Beach condominium, the costs to purchase one in Hunters Run are extremely low. However, the equity fees and country club dues, which must be paid at the time of purchase, are not reduced.

If you are looking for a country club lifestyle, you will enjoy the elegant atmosphere of Hunters Run in Boynton Beach.

As in all country club communities, HOA fees are not related to the membership equity or club fees.

Both areas are great areas for seasonal rentals especially close to the intracoastal or the ocean. Delray has a lot to offer in the way of events and activity while the Boynton area is a little less expensive.

You need to ask your HOA for the rules and regs if you so not have a copy. If there is noting in the rules and regs then you will most likely have to get an approval for the construction and that may be when you run into "issues" regarding size etc.

Hi Ken~
The "estimates" on various Real Estate sites are just that...Estimates. The real fair market value of a property is usually said to be determined by what a buyer is willing to pay for it on the open market (or in today's tight lending standards, what a bank will be willing to loan on it). You can also compare the estimates to the County's Tax Assessment as another tool to help determine a homes value, but overall the best way to narrow the range is to consult a REALTOR; we do this everyday. Good Luck.

Hello DBH,
I actually live in GreyStone and I really love the community. I have a 8 years old son and he was able to make friends almost immediately. There are several families with young children and one of my best experiences was last Halloween, when we went trick or treating with our son, and we were amazed by the amount of kids who were out with their parents.
Feel free to email me at Paolo@MiamiToBoca.com or call me at the number indicated below If you want additional information about this community, or any of the Canyons (also built by GL).
