I'm very familiar with both. The Oaks doesn't have models, and is older than the bridges. I would take a start at the Bridges as pla new phase just open and there are some nice lots available. You will probably do better in Palm Beach County with a price limit of $250,000 or under. You may want to look for homes in Lake Worth or homes in West Palm Beach, especially out in the acreage area of West Palm and Lake Worth.

There you will find 1 acre lot minimums, no HOA fees of any kind, and some very good sized and appealing homes. Because of the distance between homes, you will definitely be in quiet neighborhood.

For school information, you need to search online for City Data. That way you get the school scores. Once you have that, look for feedback and comments. That should give you a rough idea. Then talk to the schools directly and see if they have what you are looking for.

Then you can tell me all the things that you want in a house. Like the price, how big, what area, pool. With that info I can narrow it down. You got it. The home owner associations for these communities require applications (often lengthy), application fee and an interview with at least one board member. They basically want to know for certain all the information you just mentioned about yourself. They do want to see your financials, even if you are purchasing this condo for cash, they want to make sure you will be able to continue paying the HOA fee and have the excess funds to do so.
