Its kind of hard to say who has more closings than the other. Just about everyone will say they closed many homes. You should interview at least three agents. See you has the best marketing for what you are looking for. Also see which agent you feel most comfortable with.

Are you trying to market you home to more Europeans? The internet these days goes very far. You will see agents posting your home on the internet in several or many different places in order to get the most exposure.

I don't even look at the commission amount offered - yes, I am sure there are some that do look at the commission but the biggest problem right now is your competition. My advice would be to drop your price and make sure your property is properly staged and in great repair - if you are the best priced condo and you show well, you will be most likely to sell. ... more

I don't think Trulia has that kind of information and there are probably a lot of agents who may want to claim that they sold the most houses. What time frame are we talking about? This year? Best ROI on upgrade comes of course from general condition, but Kitchen and an entertainement area (bbq) will work and it's quite affordable.
After 15 yrs, I'm sorry to say........ you'll need to update restrooms, probably A/C and most surely the roof, which is one of the element Bank look at first to fund a loan.
I firmly believe that market will kick up in 2/3 years, or as soon they decide to apply the new property taxes laws.
Don't forget to trim trees and landscape, some paint wouldn't be bad idea either; if you brought it 15yrs ago and did not get tricked by latest mortgages traps, I would estimate you'll need about 10/15 k leaving you with plenty of equity.
