Welcome to South Florida. There are plenty of South Florida neighborhoods that you can live in. You have the Miami Shores ares with older and larger homes, Miami Beach that is near the water and close to the beach, Sunny Isles which has a abundance of condos and beach life living with restaurants,nearby shopping malls etc. aventura mall, bal harbor.

You have Broward County which has Fort Lauderdale waterfront communities and inland Davie that has home that sits on acres of land. It is a small island community with its own police force and fire department. The beaches are excellent.
