There are some condos that have membership fees associated with them in a golf course community. It really depends what community you are looking to purchase a condo in. The best thing I can say is to contact me and I will check into different developments to find you something that best suits your needs.

Good Moring,
Why don't you want to sell the Apartment in Brazil and then invest the funds here in the U.S. ?

Motorhomes are considered vehicles, they are not considered real estate You may want to post an ad on a motor home forum or www.Craigslist.org as this is a site for bargaining etc.

Good luck

I am so sorry to hear about this...I'm assuming that the house was sold at sheriff's sale, the sale was confirmed, and the sheriff evicted you or the tenants. I find it hard to believe you would have had no notice. This is a long process and you should have received a whole lot of paperwork over several months. If all of this has taken place, then you likely have no rights to your property. I would suggest contacting the sheriff or the new owner to see if they will allow you to go get your stuff. Outside of their permission, you're out of luck. ... more

Robert Zeoli answered:
Hi Nobert,

You should have been notified or served that a foreclosure sale was pending and given a date and time for the sale. It sounds like the property was vacant and some belongings were left behind.

This is a complicated question and without all the details it is hard to answer.

1) Was the property occupied or vacant?

2) It also depends on what you are considering personal belongings. If you had personal property with a value of say $300 to $500 this could be an issue. Also, if you had personal items such as family photos or any items that are personal, bank statements, files or personal memorabilia, this would seem in appropriate and a personal property eviction should have been initiated. This is a legal matter and if there was personal property left behind, the new owner should always proceed with caution and initiate a personal property eviction, giving you some time to retrieve your personal items.

If we knew what you are considering personal belongings we could probably give a better answer!!

Angela Schrager answered:
HI Brenda: This 3 bedroom condo in Cristelle at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is currently listed for $1,395,000. The $33,062 certainly isn't a correct sales price. Remember, if it looks too good to be true, particularly with regard to real estate, then it is! This could be a back tax lien or anything, but it certainly isn't the sale price.

If you're still interested, let me know.

Hope this helps, and happy holidays!
