The houses in nice residential areas have my phone ringing off the hook.

Right now I have signs in front of 2 rental properties. I got both properties rented easily. People will call and not want something in that price range and I am able to show them other stuff in the area. It's great for building buisiness.

Yes and No would depend on each individual building and its condo documents. There are many situations where a buyer buys units in bulk which in turn gives that entity more votes in the association board.

What building were you questioning send me the info and I can look into their associations rules and regulations for multiple unit ownership.

If your offer has not been accepted by the seller you should be able to withdraw it at any time. If it was accepted and you are still in the inspection period, you can withdraw as well. If you are already past the inspection period the only way out of a contract is if the closing date is not met and you don't agree to an extension. Also, if you signed an agreement with the agent, you should be able to cancel it in writing. Always try to talk to the agent and let him or her know were they are failing to fill your needs so that they may correct the problem in the future. I hope this helps.
