I agree; as far as the SqFt, in Broward county I see, daily, properties (in the Tax Records) with Total SqFt equal to SqFt under air OR that the SqFt under air is LARGER than Total SqFt...:(

Marc Plotkin answered:
This would be a good question for the City of Hollywood Building Department. Most homes which are close to the Intracoastal and the Beach areas most likely would require pilings and grade beam. Outside of that you are probably OK with just a dig and concrete. Hope this helps. Call me anytime at Hollywood Homes.

Hermann Wiehls answered:
If your offer has not been accepted by the seller you should be able to withdraw it at any time. If it was accepted and you are still in the inspection period, you can withdraw as well. If you are already past the inspection period the only way out of a contract is if the closing date is not met and you don't agree to an extension. Also, if you signed an agreement with the agent, you should be able to cancel it in writing. Always try to talk to the agent and let him or her know were they are failing to fill your needs so that they may correct the problem in the future. I hope this helps. Good luck and happy home shopping!

For your situation you will need a hard equity lender that will lend for the difference. I can recommend a few or send you condos that are a little lower than the 55 k to see if you can purchase straight cash.

Thank you,
