Dear Cletus,
Please send me your e-mail and I will send you a copy of the whole foreclosure proceedings. I am a short sale(pre-foreclosure ) specialist and I also list and sell foreclosure property. I can give you the pros and cons of doing a short sale as opposed to a deed in lew of foreclosure or a foreclosure. There are huge differences. You can either e-mail me at or call me on my cell 321 795-7549 for the information you are seeking.

Sherry DeJong answered:
Dear Seller,
It is unfortunate that you are upside down on the value of your property. If you can afford your payment and do not need to move for several years, then great. We are now having a foreclosure rate averaging 850 homes a month in Brevard County. Homes are still depreciating 11/2 % a month here. If you do need to or desire to move in the next few years then you need to sell now.
You may be a candidate for a short sale as you are upside down in your mortgage. Please call me as I am a certified short sale specialist.

Hello Jo,
The asking price is $39,900 and the home qualifies for Conventional financing or Cash. There are multiple offers in on the property. Properties priced under $100,000 have been selling at a very fast pace these days which is terrific to see! In several cases, homes have been selling for more than the asking price.

Sorry for your loss, that is odd about the banks they should be helping you, please try calling them again, sometimes you get a 1st level operator that doesn't understand your situation. They'll usually give the payoff amount to nearly anyone that has the account number, title companies get payoffs every day. If they still won't help you you'll need to send them the documents showing you are the executor of his estate and consult with a lawyer.
If you will be selling the property you can go to to get a idea via email of what it would list for in the market.

Wait till you get sale date? I'm not sure why did they advice like that after ONE YEAR of processing your loan mod? You are right, once you get the sale, that might be too late to save your home. Hello Kate-

There are good deals in each region of the city. It really depends on what you are looking for in a house. Do you require city water, or is well/ septic OK? They are coming through many areas and putting in city water, but it will take some time. The south west & some of the south eastern areas of the city are definitely more scarcely developed, but most of the houses are newer homes. There are definitely deals to be had in each area. I would love the opportunity to show you some homes. Feel free to call me at 987.3321 or email me at ... more
