There are many great communities throughout Brevard County that offer townhomes and most have great amenities. I have included a link with the search for all Townhomes, age 1995-2012 with price range up to $300k. I sorted by area. You may have to copy & paste the link below into your browser.

Builders are offering wonderful options as well, depending on the location you narrow your interest in will dictate who the builders are, as they are not all concentrated in the same areas. I have worked with most builders somewhere over the last 11 years selling homes in Brevard County.

Hey Dexmabel,
Eagle lakes was a community developed by Mercedes Homes. I've sold over 80 homes in that area. It is a nice community located by the Palm High School and FIT or know as Florida Air Academy. What I'd recommend you do is call the Palm Bay Police Dept. and ask how this area is. Please let me know if I can assist or help show you these properties or ones like it.
Take Care,
Erik Stennes

Hi Mr. Hollenbeck,

I am the listing agent for the home at 2614 Aston Circle, and just spoke with the sellers regarding your question. They said that they have lived there for 4 years and have never experienced any flooding during that period. Please let me know if there is any additional information that would be helpful to you at this time.

Thank you,

Yes, there are several. Your best 2 sources of information are:

1. Contact your electric power supplier and talk to customer service, they will give you all up to date info.
2. Talk to your accountant, he/she should know which programs have expired and which are active.

Dear Flynn,

Having been from Jacksonville to Key West and Naples to Pensacola and most points in between I know the state very well. There are some amazing places to call home but many differences in weather, lifestyle and landscape; stay below Vero Beach on the east coast and Sarasota on the west coast if you want the best winter weather. It sounds like you have made a final decision on the Melbourne area but if you still are searching another spot you may consider is northern Palm Beach County. The best place I can point you is a brief blog I did about the Jupiter area;

The best site I can point you to for school information anywhere is where there is a wealth of information available. If you want to further discuss your budget, what type of home your money will purchase in this area and the particular schools associated with any developemnt please feel free to contact me at your convenience.

As a resident of Jupiter, I work throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties, and a great place to start is by defining your goals and comparing the lifestyles and housing costs of areas that you are interested in. There are so many different options available to us that reside in the state and I have selected Jupiter because of the quality of life that we enjoy. From my viewpoint, there is no finer place to reside that the Jupiter area; from the best schools, to a fantastic economy fueled by many factors and of course the wonderful facilities of Max Planck and Scripps Institute, to incredible unspoiled beaches, unbelievable dining and shopping options, numerous boating and golf opportunities, uncrowded streets, low crime and just the overall kindness of our residents. Recently we were out with a client form New York who commented on just how nice everyone is; and why not as we are truly lucky to live in Paradise.

I work almost entirely as a buyers agent in Palm Beach and Martin Counties and certainly would be honored to be on the list of Realtors® you interview and happy to be of assistance in any way that I can. If you are in the area and would like a tour I would enjoy showing you why I am so fortunate to call Jupiter my hometown.

I hope this information is helpful but if you need anything additional please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Always at Your Service,

Most homeowners who will allow pets will have a weight restriction on the dogs, possibly even the cats and they will also have a non refundable pet fee . It may be difficult to find somewhere that will allow all the animals. You may have to pay a hefty pet fee if you can find someone that will accept all of them.
