It is illegal for a REALTOR to provide crime stats or demographics for a neighborhood. We can simply provide the resources for you. The local sheriff's office can provide crime stats by zip code, or area. You can also check the Census Bureau stats or go to www.bestplaces. net. After you decide what area of town is best for you & your family, you communicate that to your Realtor. Then, the search is on! ... more

Hi,

The multiple listing service does not indicate any community amenities such as pool. However, when you Google the address and map there is a pool with tennis courts. The condo fees of $375 per month should allow you to use these facilities as well as take care of the property from the outside wall out. The MLS does indicate that a rehab was started but not completed.

Unfortunately Florida license law does not allow me to comment on the demographics. Go to http://www.coj.net which is the Jacksonville web site for this info.

Let me know if you need additional info.

Hi Frank,

HOA fees here in the Jacksonville area can run from a few dollars to several hundred. These fees help to maintain the community and property values. By having restrictions, i.e. not working on your car in the driveway or street, helps to preserve the value of your home. They also help defray the cost of maintaining the common areas. You also have the possibility of serving on the HOA board in your community. There are also CDD fees that are applicable in some communities. But that's a different story.

Hope that this helps out. More questions, send them my way.
Best Wishes
Charlie

Welcome to Jacksonville where Florida Begins.

Unfortunately as a licensed real estate agent in Florida we are not allowed to provide such information. I would recommend going to http://www.coj.net which is the Jacksonville/Duval county web site that has all the info and statistics you are looking for.

Contact me is you have any other questions.

Wish I could better answer your question; I'll work on it. I bet they do have some issues getting around the work and the supports. I am certain that it varies from building to building. I don't have a listing in that development right now; sold the ones I had, but I am interested in the latest updates on the repairs and costs and will try to help. ... more

A rated schools are the highest ranked ones. Each year the state will calculate every school's ranking score based on various factors such as the overall performance on fcat scores/ Florida writes etc... Another consideration is given to those schools that continue to improve their scores each year. If a school fails to meet certain score ranges or lowers it performance is could very well receive a lower grade. I hope this information is helpful.

Kitchen, bath and curb appeal. You do not get a second chance with a first impression. The Buyer will never see the beauty and comfort inside the home if the entry is not inviting. Kitchen and bath are where most time and energy are spent. Lots of money does not have to be spent to achieve the affect. Bright, and neat go a long way. I love staging and make sure the photos taken of the home bring Buyers in to see more, to touch, experience what could be their next home. Call me for more! ... more

Jacksonville is a very spread out city bordering with Georgia to the north and St. Augustine in the south. East and west is separated by the St. Johns river and my question to you would be as to how close you would like to live between work and leisure. Do you prefer a suburb vs the beaches since there are many areas to choose from including various school districts throughout the many counties in the NE Florida corridor. Feel free to give me a call with no obligation if you would like more information. I'll be happy to assist in helping you with your new home search. Thank you and have a nice evening. Any home that was built in 2002 or later should qualify for the most recent building requirements allowing the maximum mitigation discount on their premium. There are many factors such as where the property is located, beaches vs. inland as well as what type of structure you are insuring, wood frame vs. concrete block as well as the type of roof that was being installed at time of construction. My best advice is to make a few calls to various insurance agents and compare their quotes with the coverage they are offering. If you need assistance in locating an insurance agent or have any other additional questions or concerns you can always reach me at 904-548-3032. Thank you. ... more
