Wish I could better answer your question; I'll work on it. I bet they do have some issues getting around the work and the supports. I am certain that it varies from building to building. I don't have a listing in that development right now; sold the ones I had, but I am interested in the latest updates on the repairs and costs and will try to help. ... more

While every community has it's less desirable parts of town, what one person considers bad, another person may feel completely at home in. I have known sellers that have leased a home they were trying to sell once it was on the market and did not sell.

You can negotiate some on rent but how much is situational I would say.

Give me a call if you need any further help.

I have a beautiful listing for sale in Old Atlantic Beach, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. This is a cement block duplex in very good condition, well maintained. One unit is slightly larger than the other. Each has two bedrooms, one has 1 bath, the other has two. Great for investment, or live in one and rent out the other!

As Realtors we are not permitted to say what is or is not a safe area, but we can give you web site information that allows you to research around town.

As to the w/d that would have to e checked after you fine property that you like.
