Hi, I don't see a property indicated. I can tell you the best person to verify with would be your insurance agent. I do know in Florida, flood insurance is for RISING water, not intrusion, like a roof leak. If you need a good agent, let me know, can recommend. ... more

For those who like a little change of seasons, you get a little more here than further south. We really have so much here as Jacksonville is a large city with a great deal of diversity. Golfing, Beaches, nearby St. Augustine, Military bases, Historic Districts, Universities, and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Also, we have a Mayo Clinic here with wonderful physicians and state of the art treatment.
Best of luck in your decision.

Just a little bit of advice, if you have an address, go on your computer to google map, and you will be able to zero in on the property, the street and you will see if the rail road goes by or not.... is pretty
easy to do ...... But if you are looking to buy, you really should connect with a local Realtor who will
work on your behalf in your very BEST interest and get you all the information you could possibly need
Do not do it on your own..... you need the advice and guidance of an experienced Realtor who has
not only sold properties for Sellers and buyers, but also previewed and seen many in your area ....

Good Luck to you, if you need a recommendation of a local Realtor, let us know...

An agent is the best bet to protect you. I would research the deeds recorded by the county and make the owner verifies his/or her identity.

Hi DbyDesign,

Your best resource for crime rates, safety and other important data is www.homefacts.com. You can search by zip code, address or area and the info is very thorough. When you're a renter, the HOA fees are the responsibility of the property owner. They factor in the hoa fees when they come up with a monthly rental value. I have never seen someone charge rent and then make you pay the hoa fees as well.
