They want potential renters to have a good credit score. You will have to call and ask them what he score is. They will check your credit if you wish to live there.

If you have a realtor they should be able to do it. If you are selling the home of yourself you need to make an account with Trulia in order to go in and modify your information. If you have already made on account and changed it multiple times you may need to contact Trulia through their help page.

As a realtor I have noticed with some of the third party listing sites that I have to go and once in a while and change the information back to what I originally put in.

Good luck!

Beth

Mimi, How soon you will qualify for a mortgage depends on how you paid your mortgage. If you stopped paying in order to get approval for a short sale, it would take a wait of at least 5 years. If you always paid on time then you would qualify for a mortgage in 6/13. ... more

Matt....I would definitely consult a buyers agent (especially with this being your first home). A buyer's agent can help guide you tothe different builders around town, help you find a lender that will work the best for the type of loan you are needing or locate that perfect piece of land to build your first home. If you are looking for land, and wanting to build outside of a community, you will need a different mortgage product. (Construction/ Perm Loan). I started out in the building industry working for a national builder and now currently market for a regional builder that will also build on your own land. I would be more than willing to set up a consultation to go over my servces and how I can help you. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1989 and have tons of experience. Contact me if I can be of service! lisa@delcorealty.com. Check out our website too! www.delcorealty.com

Karen Schnezler answered:
Yes, but most HOA do not place the judgement on the property for HOA dues, because once the property has been foreclosured all liens and judgements for the property are removed. The HOA needs the funds paid. After it has been foreclosed without a judgement, the HOA will try to collect from the current owner or the bank.

Are you trying the Short Sale process, most lenders are using the Short Sale route since studies shows the lenders will net a higher return via short sale than foreclosure?

Hey....finding a company to rent you a home for just a month will probably prove to be a challenging task considering the state of the market here. Some of the extended stay hotels might be worth checking into. If that isnt an options, shoot me a note, and we can explore some other options.

If i can help you in some way, dont hesitate to give me a call.

Thanks,

Rick

I would be happy to help you find a home in the Ralph Chandler Middle school area. The Greenville MLS currently shows 63 homes for sale with that designation. Some listings do not always put the schools in so there could be even more homes for sale in that area. Please call me at 201-3441 or email me at Michael@Southerlinrealty.com to give me exactly what you are looking for in a home. I will email you back all homes that meet your price range and needs, wants and desires. Please contact me to discuss. Thanks, Michael Southerlin Broker in Charge Southerlin Realty ... more
