I work the North Hills area extensively and would like to take a look at the home. My office is in the Landmark building if you prefer to meet there first. Please give me a call when you get a chance. Steve

The 31 day trick will not work. Any agent with access to MLS will be able to get a complete history of the home. Did you do an honest comparision of your home to the one that sold? What were the more desirable traits of that home versus your home? Sometimes some relatively minor and easy changes can make a difference. Good Morning Richard:

Pull up your listing where you want to enter in an OPEN HOUSE. Once the listing is up, look at your listing contact info box located to the right of the screen you will see a place to tell Trulia about an Open House. Click on that area and it will be sent to them by email and they will add it in to the remarks.

I find the best way to announce OPEN HOUSES is to put it in the remarks section when you add the listing in to Trulia.

Hope this helps. Have a fantastic day!

Hi Mike
Depending on where it is, you are probably going to lose money selling so soon, depending on the job opportunity, you have to decide if it is worth it. If you email me the address, I will be happy to do a CMA and give you an idea of the value based on recent sales.

Hi Todd,

It'll have no effect. The future value of the property will depend on future market conditions when you go to sell. What the previous owner paid has no bearing on the current value of the property.

Good luck!

The Triangle MLS has over 8,000 Realtors. Not all of them are "producing" agents. According to Trend Graphix, there are 7198 producing agents Triangle-wide. Of these producing agents, Many are part time, or minimally-producing.

I train new agents, and would be happy to set up a time to speak with you in person about the business in general. Shoot me an email if you'd like to chat.

Hope that helped,
