Hi Reba, I have to let you know that this is not the question to address to a Realtor or the real estate community as by law Realtors are not allowed to give any opinion or direction to what is good or not in a neighborhood as it could be understood as steering which is illegal...... steering in the sense that a Realtor with giving opinion on
locations and neighborhoods steers clients to or away from certain neighborhoods. That's the legal side
but for YOU the home buyer you have every right to explore and educate yourself about areas, towns and neighborhoods.... and there are various ways you can go about it, much to find on the internet, on the towns' individual websites, drop by the local police department, check out the schools, drive through the neighborhoods of interest at various times of the day and days of the week, only then can YOU make a decision
which neighborhood or area fits your needs...

The Realtor will help you with finding the right home, the right size, at the right price, arrange showings,
negotiate terms on your behalf, accompany you during the inspection and assist you throughout the entire process including the successful closing and he/she will also make sure that you are getting pre-approved
before you even start your search. So connect with a local Realtor, buyers agent, and he or she will also
know where on the internet conduct your own searches..

Good Luck to you

Hi Ratnaguru

Maybe the bank is seizing the house, your question is not clear.

Which house,in your neighborhood?

Banks seize homes when Owners do no pay mortgages.

Bank gets permission from a Judge or Court and have a right to enter the house.

Also, sometimes crimes are committed and the authorities want to get evidence.

Happy Thanksgiving.

I sell and list primarily in this zip code and live in the zip code and no I have not heard of any problems. The homes are very well insulated. If your home is fairly newer, the codes have changed depending on your noise zone which will also help with insulation. I hope this answers your question.
