The Daily Press online offers a great property transfer database that you can search. It's map based but if you scroll down, there's a form box labeled "Search past records". You can then search by zip code and approximate sold dates. This will pull up data in a list format. Normally, one can use the Department of Professional Regulation website to lookup any association, which is what I do as a Realtor. But when I searched for this association, I didn't receive an address or a phone number, and the URL didn't work either. See DPOR website:
http://www.dpor.state.va.us/regulantlookup

Try calling ir emailing the DPOR and ask them for the mailing address or phone number they might have on file. (804) 367-8583 or RecordsMgt@dpor.virginia.gov
