You'll have to contact the Maryland Association of Realtors, if you used a Maryland Contract on the purchase of the property. There should be a paragraph in the contract that states it, that you have agreed to mediation for disputes. If you have a case they will let you know and the limit is $25000 if they decide that you have been damaged. You cannot just be displeased, you'll have to prove that the realtor did something that caused you damages. That is my understanding of how it works.
