Hi Shanon,

You may be able to qualify for an FHA loan as well as a grant to help with down payment and closing costs to keep your payment under $1,000. Feel free to contact me tomorrow and I can put you in touch with a loan officer to see what you can qualify for.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Good Morning Reva,

This home is available for sale. The asking price is $205,000. It's a semi-detached 3BR 2.5BA home. Have you reviewed your buying power lately? Hi Barby,

I am a REALTOR® who offers a full range of services to assist folks with buying, renting, property management, etc.. Depending on when your current lease is up, is when you will want to search for a new place. Now is good for an August 1st move, the end of July might get you a September start date, but just remember that the farther out you start looking, the less likely a landlord would like to lose a month's rent to hold it for you.

I am a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® and am familiar with most of the Greater Metro area. I would be happy to speak with you in more detail about exactly what it is that you are looking for, how much you want to spend and your particular timeframe.

Have a great day, Kim Jones
