How odd! Maybe it is a typo? You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Ali, Trulia Voices Community Manager

It is unlikely but not impossible. Investors will want a large discount to be able to make money on the home. Finding a listing agent that works with quick sales such as this could give you what it is worth for a quick sale value and should have investors they already work with to bring through and get you offers. ... more

Hello,
You ask a good question but it really requires a lawyer to answer. A court may decide if you are going to landlord tenant court for your dispute. Good luck!

Hi RJ,

It depends on the amenities or is it just the base. I have helped buyers purchase in this development before and familiar with the sales staff. Feel free to give me a call if you want to discuss it further. I believe the pool will be in this summer and the gym is already open along with the art portion of the community center. ... more

You can still use the HPAP program. That will get you the most money for down payment but is income qualified. You can read more about it here. http://www.gwul.org/programs/housing/hpap

The program does run out of money and is in fact known for running out with little notice. That's the best bet but there are other programs as well. Hope this helps get you started.

Hello,
The issue around condos are less to do with your bk, or 203k. The condo units don't qualify as a result of >15% of the home owners being delinquent on their monthly condo dues, or there are too many renters v homeowners as residents who reside within a particular complex. I hope this helps.

This is a pretty typical commission split. The listing agent receives a little more, as it is assumed they have more expenses than the selling agent: advertising, etc.

I think you will get the answer, while talking to the residents of Kent Village directly. I doubt that sb that lives there can actually come across your question on trulia, but I can be wrong. I suggest that you drive by and kindly ask residents how they like living there.
Good luck!
