Hello Melissa,

No it will not. Also if your husband has been forgiven mortgage debt you will have to wait three years before applying for mortgage financing

It depends, a lot of time that far south it goes block by block. There is A LOT of rehab going on 4-5 blocks north. Eventually this is going to be next wave of rehabs however in all honesty its not their yet HOWEVER this is a great price to get into the area at this point. They recently just reduced the price as well.

Let me know if you have any questions. Are you preapproved?

It is home owners insurance and if you have mortgage it is required. The price will vary based on the company that provides the insurance (state farm, travelers, Allstate, etc) and the amount of coverage that you have/need. ... more

Contact a local agent. They will be able to send you properties meeting your needs via MLS.

You can also try Craigslist and local classifieds. Just be careful! looks to have a good rental search function.

Good luck!

Joi Lawrence-Jones answered:
You need to be sure that the $1,400 is the total amount that is available for your rent only? Or is your voucher $1,400 including utilities. Check with your worker to be sure. Most times the rent includes your utilities and they account for about $300-$400 of the $1,400 leaving you with only $1000-$1100 for your rent.
Let me know if I can help you in any way.
With Sincere Thanks

Hi Sandra;
I suggest looking for a rental home that is not in the hands of a real estate company.Owners handling the property his/her self may be more lienient.If tgat does not work then a co-signer would be a good choice.
Good luck to you;

Hi, I would hire a Realtor. It doesn't cost you anything (the Seller pays) and we have access to homes that you do not. I would interview a few agents and choose one that you connect with the most and who has experience.

Hope this helps!

I love Overbrook. Close to Main Line shopping. Close to Saint Joe's. If your question is about safety/schools, I recommend you take the following steps:

1. Visit
2. Call the local police precinct and ask about safety/crime
3. Visit the neighborhood during the day, night, weekend

If I can help, let me know!
