Don't waste your time asking us, you need to be asking lenders that can research you and your credit. Go see several and ask.

The tax is mebtioned for homes for sale.
As a side note even though a renter doesn't directly pay real estate taxes they actually pay it through the monthly rent.

This property, which is 1700 Tracey St, unit B was on the market at $115,000. and is now pending (under an Agreement of Sale but not yet settled).

Please let me know if you are looking in the area as we are close by and can help you. The price quoted is what the lender who forclosed paid to buy this property back and has no bearing on what the forclosing lender is or was willing to sell the property for.

I would be happy to send you the MLS print-out if you email me your email address.

Ryan Garrity answered:
HI Tiffany,

It really depends on the landlord, but those with not so great credit need places to live too. A few things that may help your cause are if you're able to put down 4-6 months rent up front. Or, if you're able to meet the landlord in person and explain your situation. It's always helpful to be upfront and honest, and if you explain your past and demonstrate that you are now a more put together person, then he/she may give you a chance. A face to face meeting definitely has a higher impact than a phone conversation. That would be my advice. Hope this helps, and good luck.
