Hi, all require a fire cert by state law, but Cinnaminson is one that I know of off hand that doesn't require a traditional CO. It does require a sewer inspection, however. So every town is different. Why are you concerned with this?

There are federal, state, and sometimes, local laws that protect fair housing for all. Those laws, at a federal level, apply to every one of us. I do tell buyers to pick up the phone and call the local police dept. Ask them where the police blotter reports are published. . I also direct buyers to visit websites and review data there.
Good Luck in your search and don't be afraid to reach out to the township(s) of any town you are interested in moving to.

Hi, we as Realtors can't discuss crime. I would google "crime stats Narberth PA" or "crime stats 19118" and "crime stats 19119". Also, some clients call or visit the local police precinct and inquire.

If you need help finding a home, please feel free to contact me.

Interesting Question Shira.... But I'll give it a shot since I'm an old Philly Boy.

If I'm not mistaken... it's more in the direction of east and west becase it comes in on an angle to Harbison.

What you could do is Google Map it?

These communities are vastly different. 19123 is an urban residential neighborhood of center city.
19144 is a nearly suburban neighborhood by comparison.

19123 is continuing to become an increasingly stable, well established community, experiencing increasing development and very much offers a city lifestyle. Subway, walking, biking, new eating and drinking spots, new construction and a healthy mix of single family row homes, as well as condo's exist.

19144 is considerably less forward in development level. It is mainly single family homes, some apartment rentals, very city sprawl suburban in style, still city but not city center. You can go into 19118 or 19129 for a diverse group of eating and drinking options, and it is fairly close to Fair mount Park. Additionally, I believe there are regional rail options to travel into the city center. You most likely will need a car.

There is not real average home price in these two areas. Type of home, condition of home, location of home impact too many details to give you a simple number. It would not be accurate.

Hi

Real Estate agents are restricted from discussing certain topics as per the Fair Housing Act. An excellent way to determine what is going on in a neighborhood is to pull up online the Philadelphia Police Department's Interactive Crime Map and Stats. Additionally, I always suggest to my clients that they walk around the area that you are interested in at differing times of the day and evening. There is no better way to determine your comfort level in a community that for you to experience the surroundings.

Good luck!
