it is so hard to be patient in this market. How is your curb appeal? perhaps clients are doing drive-bys and deciding not to ask to see the inside. How are the pictures on your listing? Suggest that they are current and reflect the current season, are bright and expansive. Make sure you are staged. Suggest a brokers open. Suggest withdrawing the listing and re-listing with the same agent or not and alter the price by a couple thousand. This make the listing come up as a new-listing. Good luck.
