66 Overlook Terrace is very close to Broadway. When you walk out the front door, you make a left, go to the corner, make another left, walk about 600 feet and you are at Broadway and 187th street.

Thanks,
Arthur "Ungie" Golden

From where? However, in general, the public transportation going to midtown is great. Between across town buses and trains, you shouldn't have a problem going around.

You can use LaGuardia, Kennedy, or even Newark. They are about the same travel time. Go with the best airfare you can get and use any of the 3.

" It is common in all businesses that the level of customer service, is usually based on income generated from that service given; which is fairly unfair to those who need just the same service of selling, buying or renting in New York City.

That's one of the reasons why we came up with ELITE. It is the highest standard level of same service given from a $2000 rental to a $40 Millions sale, and instead of treating the customers differently, we've decided to give them the ELITE service.

Let's help you with our services, no matter your budget, what you are selling or want to buy, we will give you and your referrals the same best experience ever lived. "

You will need to provide more information . it seems you want a commercial space to purchase for 2 mil in SoHO. What is the space going to be used for ? Is ground floor needed? What size is needed or wanted? Is SoHo an area that you must be in or want to be in? When would you like occupancy and for how long will you commit to this space? Are you going to occupy or lease out this space?
I would like to help you but these are questions I need to have knowledge of to properly access your needs. I love to be challanged and this is a hard fit but if you are still intrested I will work with you to try to accomodate your requirements.
