Hi Andrew,

Was there a unit you were looking into in particular on Trulia? The last I looked, the condo fees were around $533. However, I would need to double check on that. Do you have an agent? If so, your agent would be able to provide you with that information. If you don't have an agent, feel free to give me a call and I will provide you with all the details, including other condos for sale in the area. Give me a call or email me: 610-570-0808 or

Best of luck!!

As with many small businesses they were forced to close down shop due to an outrageously high rent increase. Sad that the building owner is more concerned with his own pocket than supplying the local community with a convenient grocery and package goods store. ... more

Hi Tvalbi1

If you are planning on purchasing a home there simply visit the street at different times of the day during the week and see how you feel about the area. Also visit the town borough hall and ask if there has ever been any air testing done previously in the area. Finally, when you visit the home check the moldings close to the floor with your fingers if there is a problem you will find soot building up every week in that area. Good Luck.

I dont think why that would be a problem unless each of you are claiming the house. Best person to answer you would be an accountant.

This would be just like doing a for sale by owner. Talk to a lender to make sure that you qualify for a loan and then get an attorney to draw up the documents needed for the sale. As long as it's a clear cut deal between you and our parents, then there shouldn't be any problem. Once you get everything together then go thank your parents for doing such a nice thing for you. ... more

Hi Ivy,

Your answer would be dependent on whether or not your town has rent control legislation. Both Ridgefield Park Village and Ridgefield Borough do. The exact language for their rental code can be found online for free. Follow the link below, click on "Online Code Library" and then "New Jersey" and you will find out all your answers right there. I would still follow this up with a phone call to the municipal building to make sure. Hope this helps!
