Hello Sinbad,

I can send you a list of what is available to rent in the Jersey City area.

Can you provide me with the move in date?

Are you looking for a specific area in Jersey City or can you rent space in any part of Jersey City?

Last question how much parking will you need?

Warm Regards,
Michele Messina

Yes you can, most landlords will specify in their ad that section 8 is acceptable, if they dont then feel free to just ask them if they would take it. Here is an article on how to find real estate for rent: http://buyingsellingahome.suite101.com/article.cfm/real-estate-for-rent ... more

PRC,

While I normally advocate any local reputable agency to buy/sell real estate due to the growing internet involvement in Real Estate, when it comes to rentals I find that the most successful rental agents are those who either reside in the town of the rental or the agency is close to the town.

Not sure how to answer the "corporate rental aspect of your question," except to say that you can contact the HR departments of large companies in the area who usually have a posting board or department that will accept rental advertisements.

Good Luck!

Love and peace,
