The combination of the Housing Crisis and the Patriot Act have made the process of Buying and getting a loan, more intense.

The Banks are working for the Government in that they want to identify Money Launderers.
The Banks are working for themselves in that they don't want to repeat their past mistakes.

Well, if you're listing your home as a "for sale by owner", you cannot list it on Trulia - they don't allow it.

Only agent-listed homes can be posted here.

You might try Zillow.com, ForSaleByOwner.com or Craigslist.com, just to name a few seller-listed friendly sites. There are others.

Best wishes..........

Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are created by electric power charges. There are 2 types of fields: electric fields or voltage fields.Studies have suggested, BUT NOT CONCLUSIVELY PROVEN, a correlation between exposure to EMFs and a higher-than-normal incidence of leukemia & certain cancers. Several studies point to health hazards among children who live close to power lines & among people who are exposed to high levels of EMFs at their jobs. For every scientist who believes that EMFs cause health problems, another disagrees.
I can tell you from first hand experience - there is a golf course out here in West Texas that has part of the back 9 holes running under those electrical towers. When I paly under them, I can feel the electric charge in my clubs, on the golf cart & a vibration through my body. Needless to say, I only play the front 9 on that course!

This is really not so unusual. Prices vary according to the style of home, whether it is a stand alone or a town house, how many bedrooms, baths, square footage, age and neighborhood.

Sorry,

That score is not high enough to get a mortgage.

You'll have to have at least 620-640.

Good luck,

Speer Ave ends on Willet st in Passaic

Willet is a very nice street I see old ladies walking up and down the street with there walkers.

Speer is in Athenia section of Clifton and South of Van Houten ave

South of Van Houten ave in Passaic is better than most parts of Clifton

Athenia section of Clifton is a safe area to live.

there are some bars on Van Houten ave on the Clifton side but is heavily patrolled by police

I would feel safest on the Passaic side of Speer ave. But all of it is a quiet residential area.

I think Passaic overall is safer than some places in Montclair.
