Good morning Livio,
Unfortunately US and Connecticut law forbids real estate agents from categorizing some neighborhoods as "better" or "worse." Besides, a "better" neighborhood for some may not be seen as such to others. We can certainly give factual information on school testing results on standardized exams and also the Stamford Police Department has statistics on crime rates for all parts of Stamford. You can discuss further with your agent once you are touring the City with them. For preliminary information on schools please visit www.stamfordpublicschools.org and for the police department please visit www.ci.stamford.ct.us
Thank you, Mark

Hello Good Charlotte,
There are no photos of 68 Saint George Ave. in Stamford because the home currently is not for sale. Old expired information about the home still exists on the Trulia site for some reason even though the photos are removed.

Hello Plrbar,
It is still a Presbyterian church and still in operation at 49 Turn of River Rd. in Stamford. You can visit their web site at: www.turnofriver.org . The current minister is Rev. James K. Mahan.
Hope this is helpful.

Hello,

As you noted, there is a waiting list for parking in the garage at the train station. However, there are two parking garages that are walking distance to the train station. The first one is at 300 Atlantic Street, which is about a five minute walk to the train station. The second one is at 28 Bell Street, which is approximately 7 minutes walking to the train station. You can buy monthly passes for parking at either garage for $75 per month.

My expertise includes Downtown Stamford and surrounding neighborhoods. I would be glad to help answer any questions you may have about living in Stamford as well as help you in your search for a condo.

Thanks,
Dahlia Madison

I know several people who are long-time Hubbard Heights residents and are proud of their close-knit community. Please contact me if you would like more details on the surrounding homes. Hi, I have lived in Stamford for over 40 years and know it and all its areas very well.E. Main is going through a major renovation withmany new condos and townhouses. It is the gateway to Darien. A new train station in the area is a definite possibility a few years down the road. There are some great new condo buildings in the W. Broad and Adams areas; most are two bedrooms and two full baths. The area is very close to downtown and the main train station. Also close to the hospital. Some of the side streets have much older and less cared for buildings. I will be pleased to assist you in your search. Pls contact me at your earliest convenience.

Absolutely safe and convenient. A pretty neighborhood or nice sized beautiful houses and tree lined streets that drop you quickly and easily into downtown - shopping, supermarkets, etc. There are areas that border hubbard heights but there is not much danger. My grandmother has lived on hubbard avenue for 60 years and never had a problem. ... more
