There are many neighborhoods that don't have permits. Miraloma Park is one. The city probably has a map on the SFMTA web site.

I drive it a lot to show property in Temecula even though I'm from San Diego. If you are in the price range of $350k you may as well stay in San Diego. There's plenty of homes available at that price without the long drive every day. If you are looking around $250k, you will have to go to Temecula because the homes in San Diego for that amount will be hard to get financing on due to condition OR get beat out by cash buyers.

The drive......straight on the 15 freeway the whole way. It's pretty easy but it is a bit boring at times. Traffic is never usually bad so you can make it to San Diego in 45 minutes on a good day and drive about 80mph without getting pulled over but there are lots of highway patrol on that route for that very reason. The best part of the drive might be a pull off to stop and get a Nessy Burger from a burger joint right off the highway.

If you are willing to spend an hour and half every day for a better quality of life, then it could be worth it.

Best of Luck,
Valli Lopez

Hello potential Renter...This appears to be a pretty safe area. But you need to do your own investigation. Contact the local police department and ask about incidences in the area..You can also go to and put in the address.

Good luck with your search..

From 11th & Pine Sts, you want to take the 23 Bus Northbound to 11th & Market Sts. Or walk it. Only 4-5 blocks away. Then take the El(Philly slang for Elevated Train, officially called the BLUE train line or Market-Frankford Line), take that Westbound to 30th St Stn. have a safe trip.

All the best,

I don't believe so. You could call Metro Bus in Houston and see if there is one of their buses that goes to Hobby.

NH switched its tolling last year, we have a high speed lane (55mph) where you do not have to stop but there is still lanes for cash that are seperated a mile out by dividers and lots of signs. It works well. On our other toll roads they had previous switched to easy pass with the middle lanes you drive thru at 25 mph and the right sides are cash. Despite the multiple signs tourists can not read and often swing over from the easy pass to cash lanes 5 lanes over without looking or stopping. I dont see how having no cash lanes will work unless they make people get offbefore the bridge.... ... more
