Hi Ginson,

I have been contacted by a company out in California, ( Sorry I don't have their name or number) that for a fee they can do that on your FB business page using widgets. It's actually very good but I did not subscribe because it all hinges on driving folks on FB to your FB business page. It would save a step for home buyers if it was possible to drive folks to your FB business page to do home searches instead of getting them to your FB page and then trying to drive them to your web site to do searches.

I asked if they had permission from FB to do this and they told me yes but I think a little more research is needed. As I understand it FB maintains proprietary rights to anything posted to their site and FB has been known to completely shut down a page if it feels it is breaking the rules.

All the best,
Jeffrey Paeltz

I mailed "Just Sold" cards some years back at the insistence of my broker at the time and will tell you that It generated nothing .

I believe it's a form of marketing that assumes a lack of knowledge or intelligence on the part of the people of the community, for neighbors generally know the details surrounding a real estate transaction, including when a property sold and the purchase price.

Furthermore, we live in the computer age and that information is easily obtainable online

Bottom line, it is an attempt to send the message that an agent, or brokerage, is somehow better that the other agents working within the community.

Andrew Wilkinson answered:
Hi Evelyn,

Thanks for the feedback. You still can see the Street View and browse around the neighborhood, though we are currently working on a way to make it more intuitive.

To see the street view follow these steps:

1. Go to the page of the home you are interested in.
2. Click the "Map & Nearby Tab" above the main photo.
3. In the top right hand corner of the map that comes up, click "Street".

This will allow you to see the home in question in Street View, and move around as you would normally.

I hope that answers your question, but let me know if you have anymore.

This, like any other lock, is as good as it's owner. There are many benefits to having smart phone entry lock. Not only is it a lock, you can also control lights and appliances with your smartphone too. The majority of the lock companies that have this service charge a small monthly fee... Like Schlage Link.

Relatives or friends need entry before you get there? No problem! Just open the door while in transit on the way home! Your phone can even tell you if and when your door lock has been tampered with in real time. With this service you don't have to keep a spare key under the mat.

Hi there,

I found the listing on Trulia:

You should work directly with an agent who can help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!
