Good morning,

I would be happy to answer any questions you have about Paso Robles or surrounding North County areas. I live in Paso Robles and have over 10 years RE experience in the community both as a Realtor and Appraiser. Pardon the cliche but now is really a much better time to buy than what appears a year down the road as consistently month after month (9+ months) median home values have risen, housing inventory has depleted to less than 3 months supply and in relation the competition of buyers has grown exponentially causing at times bidding wars and multiple offer situations. If you have any interest to learn more about the area please contact me or visit my website for additional info. Thank you and best of luck to you!

Check http://www.mlsli.com or consider working with an agent; or check local print media for by owner rentals, always verify ownership before exchanging any money, word of mouth, etc.

Most Realtors will handle rentals. I suggest you contact the local Broker who is in the neighborhood you desire to live in.

It's been reported. Thanks. It's not a matter of the site being hacked - it's simply someone posting a fraudulent post.

Tom Inglesby answered:
That might help but we are at about a 3% vacancy rate city wide and it can be tighter depending where you are looking. I heard of some real estate management companies charging a retainer fee to find you a place because they come and go quick. I am not much help but it is hard I know when I try and show out of town clients places since they want to rent for a year and watch the prices go up 15%. I hope you are not trying to rent with a pet since that almost eliminates all places. Good luck to you. Tom Inglesby, Broker, RE/MAX Equity Group ... more
