Wow! You have so many to choose from. As a resident what I love most about Miami is that many of the places you go have indoor/outdoor activities for families w/ children.

You have a wide range from the beautiful beaches and nature preserve in Key Biscayne to the African Safari and waterpark in West Palm Beach which is approximately 45 min - 1 hour outside of Miami.

Give me a call. I'll be happy to tell you about specific ones I frequent w/ my children.

Hi Ryan,

I hope all is well. I actually write a blog that features some underground NYC activities, from supper clubs to speakeasies. Have a look and let me know if you need anything at all.

Coolidge Corner & Washington Square in Brookline... downtown Boston has an array of nightlife geared towards the slightly more mature crowd... it does cost a bit more, of course.

Head out to the North End for great eateries, comedy clubs and festivals; the South End for a mix of upscale and more relaxed eateries and neighborhood bars...

Harvard Square, Cambridge is also a very good place with a mix of young and old with the Brattle Theater, Regattabar and more... Inman Square with it's Jazz club, coffee houses and great restaurants...

I loved going to Elephant Walk restaurants. Their food is fantastic, wine selection is superb, and pastry is worthy of North End's best Cafe Vittoria.

I strongly recommend the seared tuna & tomatoes/shrimp soup.

Hope this helps,

Thank you, for your question, Irena:

In Evergreen, the rent for a 3,000 square foot house is in the range of $3,500 to $4,500 per month, unfurnished, depending on the schools, age and condition of the house and the location in the Evergreen Area.

The current rental market is very competitive. There are very few rental homes of that size available and there is a large number of people who want them.

Whether you can change the color of the walls will depend on the landlord. Some will permit that, some will not.

For more information, you may call me at my cell phone: (408)509-6218

Its a great time to sample those restaurants that may be outside of your regular budget. Call early for a reservation at the really popular ones (like Mistral or Davios) and be prepared to take a time that is outside of the most desirable - it may be the only way to get a table. It is well worth the effort. ... more

It really depends on they're looking for, I imagine. Bloom's is a nice neighborhood spot on 18th Street and then you've got The Connecticut Yankee a little further down the hill.

Bottom of the Hill and Thee Parkside also offer a great mix of live music as well.

Cheers,

Toby
