Hi Bcamp0207

Yes Paradise Valley has their own Police Department and every day you might see a patrol car driving the area. Compared to other cities in the Phoenix Metropolitan area Paradise Valley is one of the safest zip codes to live in. There is also gated and guard gated subdivisions to choose from if you want total security or you can purchase a home with a security gate around the property.

There is two Paradise Valley in the Phoenix area well truly one only but others think differently. True Paradise Valley 85253 zip code is where you will find Luxury Homes, Private Estates, Mansions, and Lavish Pads. Paradise Valley, Phoenix is the other so called Paradise Valley where you will find Paradise Valley mall, Paradise Valley school district, Paradise Valley Community College. This area is north of Shea/Cactus in zip codes 85032, 85022 that some in the valley consider Paradise Valley, Phoenix and that area will have substantially more crime rates as home values can vary from the low 100K and up. The Paradise Valley, Phoenix is NOT Paradise Valley but holds a lot of Paradise Valley names (Community college, mall, school, etc).

Hope this helps if you have any other questions do not hesitate to call or email.

Hi Cindy, unfortunately real estate agents are not able to answer that question specifically. We can however give you some websites that you can go to and do some research. If you want to email me at aterito@kw.com I can send you some of those websites and discuss what high schools you are interested in.

Thanks,

everyone has their own perspective on where they want to live and why. you can go to the city of lincoln police site and see what kind of crimes there are anywhere in the city. realize that the higher the population of any area, there is more of a risk of crime, because the more people, the more issues. drive around areas at different times of the day to get a feel of them. i have had people love and dislike areas. a lot of it has to do with where you grew up. you are welcome to call with questions.

Tonya, have you ask your agent this question?? If you are working with someone whom is your Buyers Agent, these issues should have been disclosed and discussed when you first looked at the property. As far as safety and crime, I suggest contacting the Horry County police department as they do patrol that area, the NMB police may even have some information too as Atlantic Beach sits in between areas under their juristiction. The seperation is because Atlantic Beach used to be the "black" beach when all races did not have equal rights and access to all areas. When the small beaches (windy hill, crescent, ocean drive & cherry grove) decided to incorporate and become North Myrtle Beach, Atlantic beach did NOT join them. Therefore the town of Atlantic Beach has it's own city hall, mayor, etc.... This had lead them to have a LOT of issues as the towns political infastructure is not peaceful. There is a lot of arguing and bickering within the towns leaders / politics, they regularly run out of money and have no funds to pay their own police force which is why Horry County has to patrol the area. In a nutshell the town has so much potential for development and growth, but so far has failed to be able to do anything with that potentia. If you have additional questions, I'd be glad to talk with you. My contact information is on Trulia. Vicky Tesh - First Carolinas Realty ... more

Hi,

just saw nobody ever answered your question. By law we cannot give you details on crime rates, but I always recommend to contact the local police department if you have concerns about a particular area. Do you need help with that?

It is illegal for a REALTOR to provide crime stats or demographics for a neighborhood. We can simply provide the resources for you. The local sheriff's office can provide crime stats by zip code, or area. You can also check the Census Bureau stats or go to www.bestplaces. net. After you decide what area of town is best for you & your family, you communicate that to your Realtor. Then, the search is on! ... more

Amy,
Carondelet area has long been a community within South St. Louis area highly rated for people who enjoy city living, with the inviting atmosphere that suburban communities garner. So much so, this area has their own website. Go to http://www.carondeletliving.com/, for more information. As any area, especially in the city limits of St. Louis, there will be incidences of crime. There's another website that I use called crimereports.com, there you can click on advanced search and see a specific 30 day span for the last 6 months of any area. This is a beautiful home, let me know if I could be of any more assistance to you. Thanks. Janel Williams-Broker's Corner Realty-314-827-5478. ... more
