Hi Gale,

The two popular 55+ communities in Oro Valley are Sun City Vistoso (http://www.suncity-vistoso.com/) and Vistoso Village, both of which are located in the Rancho Vistoso community.

Sun City Vistoso is a larger Del Webb subdivision and Vistoso Village is a more private gated community.

Heritage Highlands is also about 10 minutes to the west in Dove Mountain.

If you would like a list of properties available just let me know and I will get that right to you. I can also forward you a detailed list of recent sales in your area to give you an idea of the market value of your home.

That really depends on the condition of the home and what the finished potential is. It was most recently listed at $36,000 (way below market value). It is now pending. There must be some sturctural issues that need to be corrected. Typically a 2 family in that location in Albany with 3 BR's in each unit would range from $135,000 to $215,000 (estimated). ... more

Well typical brownstones like you find in NY are not common here in San Francisco. Corbett, Burnette, and Grand View Avenues would work for your book.

Hope that helps!

Houstin,

You might want to try Googling, the history of home prices since World War II. But the average price of a home will vary from one location to another.

Good luck

Stewart Fournier answered:
Its a great question. My first answer would be no since I have never heard of that being an issue for a buyer. However if a buyer was not made aware that Tour buses constantly stop at his new home, with negative consequences, I have no doubt he could find a lawyer who would be more than than willing to file a case.

Are you refering to LA county or city? Everyone is on a budget. What is yours? LA can go from very affordable to very expensive, so knowing your monthly budget is important before you start.
