Charles,

Not sure why you would want to. If you are actively looking for a property you know all too well how few new well priced homes hit the market. Even though I only see a few active listings from Dwelling Direct why on earth would you want to limit your opportunity to find a home that closely matches your needs?

However, there is no way you can filter in this manner on Trulia. If you would like me to set up an auto-notification search for you that will filter out these listing would be happy to help. Feel free to contact me at your convenience so we can discuss your specific needs in detail and design a game plan to successfully meet your objectives.

Fins up,

You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Christine Henderson answered:
I work with clients every week who are moving into the area and they all are surprised at just how competitive the rental market is. If they see a house they like, they know they have to act on it quickly, especially if it is priced under $1300 per month.

When considering prospective tenants, property managers and landlords will review not only your current income but your credit history as well and criminal history if any. They want to make sure you are not only capable of paying rent but will pay the rent in line with your past payment history.
