I'm looking to refi my conv. ARM into a VA loan. The VA cash-out loan allows for up to 100% LTV, but I cannot find anyone who will go over 90%.
A lot of times cash out terms are much different than purchase programs. I don't think you will find any lender that will do 100 percent CO any more.
