A lot is due to the demographics. Also a lot of the homes are under well water as opposed to city utilities. The palm bay area in my opinion needs a lot of refurbishing which keeps home values lower as opposed to other parts of the county. There are still some parts of palm bay with higher home values around bayside lakes in bridgewater. I hope this answer helps. Feel free to email me with questions. Michaeljanikc21@yahoo. Com ... more

Best way to get information about the crime rate is to vist the local police department. They will have all the statistics you need to determine where you might want to live.
Good luck and if you need any help finding a home, I would be happy to help you with that.

Sail Harbor is a very safe area, and you should have nothing to worry about. Make sure you have someone check for drywall issues however, because they were known to have problems and that development. Also the parking in their content to be somewhat of a pain. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Realtors aren't aloud to comment on crime and safety of a specific area, but at the bottom of this email I will provide you with a link that will help you gather that information. If you aren't working with a realtor I highly recommend that you do, because in the end you will most likely work with one but it will be the sellers realtor when you could have interviewed and chosen your own. As a buyer the seller pays your realtors commission if you have any questions about how that or any other part of the process works I would be happy to walk you through it. Feel free to call or email me any time.

Hi Pa,
That's a tough one to answer. We live in Windward and do not know of any other community like it. We have more than 40 different neighborhoods in Windward, that range in price from about $250,000 to several million $$$$, a 197 acre lake and loads of amenities, many unique to Windward.

Depending on the price range you are loooking in you may find somes of the features we have in other Johns Creek, Alpharetta and Milton communities but you probably won't find the diversity of price, home style/construction or amenity selection in any other neighborhood.

My wife, Debi Key, specializes in first time home buyers. She is very familiar with the area and would be happy to help you search for your first home. We also own, and manage, a successful property management company in the area so we are very familiar with transitioning from renting to owning. If you would like help with your search please feel free to call Debi at 770-906-0317 or email her at info@keylocationsforyou.com. She LOVES to shop for homes with her clients and is very good at it.

Hello Johna!
Good question to ask especially if you're not familiar with the area.
Carson like other cities have good areas and not so good area.
Just depend on what you perceive is a good area and the price you
are willing to spend on a house.
Of course if you're qualified higher it usually follows that you're
bet would be the area is good.
As Jeremy and Stephanie, pointed out there's sites where you
can check the statistics of different cities right down to a particular Zip code.
My advice is to do your homework, jot down your most important criteria,
consult with at least 3 agents working the area, and go from there.
Hope this helps.

Summerlin is a very nice area. The Summerlin design is used as a model for planned communities around the country. Summerlin has large parks and miles of walking trails. There are some of the best golf courses in and around Summerlin. There are many gated communities and guard gated subdivisions within the wonderful Summerlin community. There are web sites that you can check out the crime statistic just google key phrases. Also www.lvmpd.com will have statistics. I have a video and some information about Summerlin on my Trulia blog. Take a look. I hope I answered your question .

Mitchell Feldman answered:
Dear Maxwellimus:

It all depends on what you consider safe. This is a question that you should take to the local police precinct! I would also suggest you do some research on crime statistics via Google. You should also spend some time in the area and check out the lay of the land. You may want to do that late at night as well. If your dog is big and mean you may not have to worry about it! :)

Good luck!

Sincerely,
Mitchell S. Feldman

Hello Amanda,

I would recommend driving around the community at different times of the day. Check it out in the morning and evening. Also during the week and weekends. Majority of the owners in the community do occupy their properties.

Please feel free to call or email me with any questions you may have.
