I suggest you totally declutter, then totally clean and then call in three local Realtors from the 3 big companies nearest to your home. Test them to see how available they are by phone and also by email. Then ask them for advice on painting and what to do to make it ready to sell. Do not paint it all yourself with glossy paint on the walls or some other painting mistake. Flat finish paints hide bumps better. The public data said clearly that for example " 56 Bentwood east court Albany NY 12203 " who was purchase January 2012, price $525,000, taxes record indicate $18,000. Home value $778,000. Those are recorded facts that can be verified and not your "own prefabricated data's." I am sorry but during our search to look eventual property's to buy, we were confused.
Trulia said one thing and reality is quite different.
I would pretty much prefer to read reals facts .

The average price for a brownstone in Bed stuy has recently went over the million dollar mark, It very hard to find any for less. As for the return on your investment, that would depend on the amount of money you spend, to the amount being brought in, to the cap rate.

My best advice to you is to speak to a mortgage broker, raise more capital and keep your credit exceptional. The mortgage rates are starting to go up and the majority of upper Brooklyn is being outpriced to the average buyer.

I suggest looking for other venues in the Brooklyn area based on the 250K you have to work with... Give me a call anytime.

School districts (and individual local schools) are one of many factors for home buyers to consider. Of course, the relative importance of any factor will vary depending on the buyer. For some, school districts won't matter much, for others they may be the defining issue. That being said, a good school district and strong local schools are generally considered as pluses, and all other things being equal, such homes will probably sell for a premium. This may also be a factor in projecting resale opportunities.

The flip side is that if it's not especially important to you, you may find a better value in terms of square footage, amenities etc in areas where that premium doesn't apply.

But you might want to check out my blog post below for all the websites with reasonably reliable information about current rentals. Note that I said "reasonably reliable." All these sites try to protect you from scams, but the scammers keep coming up with new ways to cheat you. So be careful. If something sounds suspicious, trust your instincts. And take care of your own safety when going to showings.

Hmmm that does sound interesting. Without personally talking to your lender I would not be able to answer that. I have dealt with this before with the preferred lender that I have been using for years and he has never requested this of a client that was in the same situation. I would recommend either letting me talk to your lender to help you get to the bottom of this and/or get a second opinion from a preferred lender that comes highly recommended and is trustworthy.
