Does Trulia do any fact checking for this kind of listing?

Hi Ann. I have been in this home recently. The source of the Short Sale info is the listing agent,
not Trulia. So any question regarding short sale status should be directed to the Listing Agent.
One of the biggest problems in our industry right now is that banks are using Realtor's
in South Florida to handle the short sales in Jacksonville. The Listing Agenst end up with hundreds of
listings, very few of which they actually see in person. Just because a Listiong Agent has a phone number
that appears to be here does not mean they are here. Be sure to ask them where they are
and if they have actually been to the property.

Hi Ann, The public ifo. that I have indicates a $100,000 loan amount, but there could be second mortgage that I am not aware of and probably and has not been posted The home was built in 1924 and appears to be in great shape. It was listed in 2005 for $188,700 and did not sell. I also question why it is listed as a short sale. If you would like me to do further research let me know and I will find out the status of the short sale. My number is 904.504.1215 or just reply.
