Hello Mary,

You should understand as much as possible whether you are purchasing a property with a well, own a property with a well or are planning to drill a well. The Arizona Department Of Water Resources has a good deal of information regarding wells in Arizona. Their WEB site is http://www.water.az.gov/dwr/.

Here are some more good links to AZ wells, digging, etc.:

There is a wealth of information available if you Google "Arizona" & "Water wells"

Good luck!

Hi Mary,

Emmanuel gave you some great information, all you can do now is make sure you check everything out and get all your question answered by the Pro's.
What I mean by Pro's is the people that specialize in Az. Water Wells, sometimes we don't know what questions to ask, so talk to the Pro's and read everything you can before you make a purchase of a home that has a well.
