I agree with Kary. Meadowbrook is too small of an area for average DOM to have any meaning. Aside from location in the neighborhood, average time on market is affected most by the type/style of house, condition and the price range. For anyone to give you any meaningful data they would need to know these factors.
That said, for area 710 (all of Northeast Seattle east of I5 and north of the ship canal), the average Days On Market for a 3 bedroom/1 bath from Oct. 1 to today was 52 days. But you can see from Ashley's two Sold comps (63 days and 9 days) just how varied the span can be.

I noticed the same question is posted twice, so I thought I better answer both...
Looking at the MLS's information...If only looking for sold and active homes with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath (no more, no less) in the community of Meadowbrook...There are currently 5 active homes and 2 homes have sold within the last 6 months:
11552 38th Ave NE, 1380 sq ft, 5400 sq foot lot, built in 1954, sold at $239.13 ($330,000) a sq ft in 63 days
2733 NE 100th St, 1550 sq ft, 9727 sq foot lot, built in 1947, sold at $270.32 ($419,000) a sq ft in 9 days.
These 5 homes have an average of 1212 sq ft and range from $315,000-425,000 with 25 average days on the market.
I hope this helps. If you would like me to do a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis for your home, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or go to my link below. I would be happy to help.
Over the past 6 months six have sold. 3 obtained their over within 30 days, 2 between 60 and 90, and one over 120. There are six active listings, so a six month supply of properties is active. These answers are dependent on the agent putting "meadowbrook" in their community description.
