IN VA can someone cross a property line to get to the easement when they have and exit out on theirs

Asked by James, Louisa, VA Tue Apr 7, 2009

3- parcels on an easement that goes with all and runs across to top of the hill. Then someone came in cut 2 roads in down off the property line to the easement instead of going to the front of their property which the main road comes in then turns to these 3, just about where it turns that where their road should be. I have a lawyer telling me they can do this, I do not believe it and looking for great attorney. I own 2-10 acre lots. VA
