wirtting. Realtor told me she will email paperwork to sign and with address where to send $2000 check. I have sent her numerous emails remainding her that I have not rcvd anything nor I know where to send the check already written. I have called her numerous times and left a messages but no luck. Prior to all this she asked me how much I am offering to the lender to purchase this property Lets face it property is goign for $135K, in the area same home in a very good condition has not sold for more then 150K, this one unfortunately need at least $62K in repairs to make it somewhat decent and liveable. So my idea was to offer $100K. as what I told her I will try and see what answer or counter offer I would get back from the lender. My assumption is; she either ignored me due to the fact that my offer was low of the listed price of the home.
Can she refuse to do business with me casue of the idea that I offered only $100K??? ..I feel realy betraid by this r

Anthony, agents that work for banks typically do not deal with buyers, at least not in MN. You are best of finding a good agent in your area. I'd be happy to help you find one if you'd like. It won't cost you anything and I would really recommend that you have someone looking out for your best interests, because I can guarantee you that the bank or it's agent won't be.

Yes I wanted to fix it up for myself, this wouldnt be a good investment for resale and I agree with you on that 100%.
