There are several communities around Princeton ......west windsor, south brunswick & Montgomery that have a Princeton mailing address.
The listing details will describe which township the property is physically located in.

Montgomery extends over a large area .......most of it being along Rt 206.

The stretch of townhomes ( where this particular property is located) are the 'most commutable' to Rt 1 & are on the easterly side of Rt 206 & in most proximity to downtown Princeton ....And are about 15-20 mins to Princeton JUnction & offer newer townhomes..........different builders built townhomes here over the last 10-12 there are townhome communities ranging from 2-3 to 10+ yrs........all along 1 stretch of road.

Tarveen you should be aware that this property though boasting a Princeton address is actually located in Montgomery Township. The schools mentioned on Trulia are actually incorrect as this sends to MOntgomery schools in Somerset County. The developement is MOntgomery Woods which was built by Calton before they were taken over by Centex. It is a great developement and I have sold many many units there and currently live about 2 miles away (actualy in Princeton Twp) As to taxes, there is a wide range as prices have also varied greatly in this area. Montgomery Woods is a great developement and I heartily endorse it. (They also allow pets as opposed to Canal POinte in WEst Windsor with Princeton address)

Hi Tarveen,

The taxes for the townhomes here range from $7000-$8000 annually......depending on the agen / features etc. .
This particular property is listed at $7188 for 2008 for taxes.

There are some 'Best Buys" for townhomes here.....some offering full basements !

Please email me to receive a list of townhomes in your price range & for any questions regarding commute , schools or community.

I have worked with buyers specifically in this area of townhomes, and am familiar with options available &pricing.
